The arrival of the Manchester Christmas Market well and truly signifies the start of the festive season. Over 220 stalls will be dotted around the city center of Manchester, selling a tempting array of food and drink, traditional toys, ornaments, and gifts.
All shopped out? No problem. Skate Manchester is back at Cathedral Gardens where you can spend the day skating around a beautiful Christmas tree and enjoying twinkling lights. Whether you’re a novice or the next Torvill & Dean, this fun day out will get you in the Christmas spirit.
If you’re looking for more a chilled vibe, we’ve found just the thing! The Backyard Cinema, situated at Dept Mayfield, will be showing a mixture of festive films, from brand new releases and Christmas Classics like Elf, The Holiday and this year’s ELVIS.
So, after a spin on the ice, wonder through the markets or movie marathon, head to us at The Oast House, and immerse yourself in the wonders of The Curious Teepee. Escape the mayhem of Christmas shoppers or get in the party mood at our very own cosy, heated Teepee, featuring twinkling lights, live music and a NEW winter cocktail menu and food menu. Choose from our winter warmer drinks, including classics like mulled wine, or ‘Let it Snow’ an electric blue cocktail, garnished with mini snowflakes.
Of course, you’re going to need some delicious food to accompany your cocktails and our food menu is perfect. Try our Yorkshire Pudding Wraps, filled with a choice of tender chicken, beef or vegetarian meatballs with hot stuffing, triple cooked potatoes, roasted vegetables and home-made gravy or, buffalo chicken macaroni cheese topped with crispy chicken fillets, tossed in Frank's hot sauce and served with a blue cheese dressing.
